Program Directors (Full
Time)
Seeking professionals to
grow and expand vibrant treatment programs! If you are someone who is
interested in helping build strong psychiatric treatment programs for adults
and guiding staff to deliver quality to patients, we’re looking for you. Come
make a contribution.
Duties include
psychotherapeutic program development, staff supervision,
individual/family/group therapy delivery; crisis intervention;
interdisciplinary treatment planning/implementation; patient assessment;
providing assistance other treatment staff; and complete documenting of all
activities. Requires current Texas licensure in a mental
health specialty (LPC, LMSW, or LCSW) and one year of supervisory experience.
Five years treatment and two years supervisory experience preferred.
Admissions Director (Full
Time)
Responsible for management of all Admissions Department activities. Duties
include coordination/supervision of all admission staff and activities;
arranging/completing initial mental health assessments; arranging on-site telemed physician interviews; completing patient
registration; overseeing patient transport needs; performing insurance precertifications; obtaining/reporting inquiry, admission,
and financial information; and providing exemplary customer service contact for
referral sources, potential patients, the business office, the general public,
and other hospital staff. Requires a Texas license (LMSW, LCSW, LPC) in a mental health related area and at least three (3)
years of mental health experience. One (1) year of staff management experience
preferred.
Quality / Risk
Management Coordinator (Full Time)
Duties include development and implementation for hospital-wide QI/PI, risk
management, and safety activities; oversight of physician credentialing; and
direct supervision of the HIM, Dietary, Maintenance and Housekeeping. Requires
minimum of an Texas RN license. Certifications/
experience in healthcare quality, healthcare risk management, psychiatric
hospital, and knowledge of current JCAHO, HHCS, AHCA/HCFA, federal and state
standards strongly preferred. Three (3) year experience in quality improvement
and/or health information management/supervision desired.
Discharge Planner (Full
Time)
Duties include
coordinating movement of patients towards discharge incorporating next level of
care/residence; interdisciplinary treatment planning/implementation; linking
hospital with patients’ family and external healthcare providers; providing
assistance other treatment staff; and complete documenting of all activities. Requires bachelor's degree in mental health specialty and at least
one (1) year of experience.
Admissions Clinician
(Shift: PRN and Part-Time*)
Duties include completing initial assessments of patients to determine mental
health needs; arranging on-site physician interviews; coordinating admissions
with hospital staff; completing patient registration processes; and performing
other admission or transfer related clerical tasks. Requires
a minimum of an associates degree or bachelor’s
degree and license in nursing, or master's degree and license in mental health
related field (LMSW, LCSWor LPC). One (1) year
of related experience preferred.
Social Workers - (Full
Time & Part-Time*)
Additional training in psychotherapy with acute and Christian populations
included. Duties include individual, family and group therapies; crisis
intervention; interdisciplinary treatment planning/implementation; patient
assessment; providing assistance other treatment staff; and complete
documenting of all activities. Requires master’s degree and current
Texas licensure (LMSW; LCSW preferred).
Licensed Professional
Counselors - (Full Time & Part-Time*)
Additional training in psychotherapy with acute and Christian populations
included. Duties include individual, family and group therapies; crisis
intervention; interdisciplinary treatment planning/implementation; patient
assessment; providing assistance other treatment staff; and complete
documenting of all activities. Requires master’s degree and current Texas LPC licensure
(LPC or LPC-I). Two years experience preferred.
RN (Full Time: Shift -
7a-7p, 7p-7a, & Flex | PRN: Shift – Variable*)
Duties include direct patient care, interdisciplinary treatment
planning/implementation, evaluating psychiatric patients, assisting physicians,
medication administration, and complete documenting of all activities. Expected to assist other treatment staff with patient
assessment/education, which may include individual or group sessions. Requires associate’s degree, current Texas license, and two (2) years experience with at least one (1) year psychiatric.
LVN (Full Time: Shift -
7a-7p, 7p-7a, & Flex | PRN: Shift – Variable*)
Under the supervision of
registered nurses, duties include direct patient care, medication
administration, emphasizing teaching and treatment plan to patients, providing
assistance other treatment staff, and complete documenting of all activities. Requires Texas license and two (2) years medical surgical
experience and one (1) year psychiatric.
Mental Health Technician
(Full Time: Shift - 7a-7p, 7p-7a, & Flex | PRN: Shift – Variable*)
Under the direction of a nurse, duties include direct care; escorting of
patients; cleaning, organizing, and stocking of units; obtaining patient vital
signs; providing assistance other treatment staff; and complete documenting of
all activities. Requires high school diploma or its
equivalent and one (1) year psychiatric experience. CNA preferred.
Patient Driver (Males
& Females needed; Shift - Variable*)
Duties include loading and transporting patients, equipment, and materials
to/from hospital; providing documentation for all timely and accurate transports;
cleaning and organizing vehicles; and maintaining of vehicle maintenance
schedules. Some transport will involve distance driving within work shift. Must have a clean driving record and good sense of direction.
Previous patient/customer transport experience preferred. As Needed; Males
& Females needed.
